O So Easy ~ No Sugar Apricot and Mango Spread

MIY Apricot and Mango Spread... (No Sugar)

People are always asking me why I’m so slim for my age….Hahahah..Well...
Here’s my secret, it's purely simple, I simply don’t eat sweets or junk food.... it's not
because I don’t like them, it's because they don’t agree with my body, so I listen to my body and I don't eat them. Paying attention to what you eat and how they react to your body is all part of a healthier you lifestyle.

I’m the type of cook that likes to cook with a bit of this and that. I keep cooking simple, except for Sunday family dinners. I like to cook with what I call “how did you make that" recipe? When I go to people house’s for dinner or parties, when I like something, I always ask how did you make that? That’s pretty much how I gather most of my recipes, by word of mouth (no need to write them down) and taste of course! As I make it, I usually add something else to it to make it a bit different....then they come to my house and say, hey "How did you make that?"

For those who don’t like or can’t eat sugar like diabetics; Here’s a super easy recipe to
make no sugar added apricot and mango spread. Even if you like sugar this recipe is so
easy you will want to try it, because it taste great. My kids love it (plus they don’t know
there’s no sugar). It’s perfect to make in the spring and winter time when fresh fruits are
not as abundant. It’s so easy you can make this spread almost anywhere anything,
from the cottage to even camping. You really can't go wrong with this super easy recipe.

To see how easy it is to make this spread...have look, visit and let me know what you think!!!!
This is something new that i'm doing on my site, is adding O so easy recipes, with step-by-step photo recipes...
