I didn't know you could cook Fiddlehead ferns, how amazing! We don't have them growing in Tucson, maybe in the botanical garden. I'll probably have to wait to try your recipe when I'm visiting back east where I can find the plants. It looks and sounds quite delicious. You are so clever!
